Although not very well known in Japan, rhubarb jam is popular in European
and American homes.
Rhubarb, a native herb of Siberia, is boiled down to tasty jam using our restaurant's special recipe. Please come and try our rhubarb jam, which has won acclaim not only from Japanese but also from European, American, Korean and Chinese customers.
Our horseradish dressing has also been very popular among our customers.
Our rhubarb jam has a bright red color and a richer taste because of the added haskap.
